COMMUNITY POOL: due to Covid-19, the POA requires the owners to be present with all guests at the pool (along with other restrictions); therefore, it is not currently available for use by our VRBO guests. We offer a paddle board and 2 kayaks - one tandem and one single for your use. The lake is shallow off of the beach and is perfect for children to play. HOUSE: Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, flat screen TVs in the living room, game room, and all of the bedrooms. The large screened in porch seats 8 and is perfect to extend outdoor time without the bother of pesky insects! Plenty of parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles and a trailer. BOATERS: The marina offers a boat launch, ethanol free gas on the water, a small store with beer, ice, bait, snacks and overnight slip rentals. FISHING: fishing is allowed at the marina on the boat docks, off the bulkhead, and in the pond across the street from the marina. You can also fish from the kayaks. Please clean your catch at the marina's fish cleaning station. Dog friendly with a $10 .00 per night fee per dog up to 2 dogs. Dogs are not to be left alone on the property . And dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture please. This is a non party , non event , non smoking property. Just a place for a quiet place for a small group of friends or family at get away from it all. There are security cameras on the property.
